Hart Vets was thrilled to win the Customer Service Award at thprestigious 2015 Cherwell Business Awards. We would like to thank all our team for their dedication and passion helping to improve the lives of pets and their owners.
There was lots of paperwork to complete to show the judges that we really were worthy of our nomination. Things like client satisfaction surveys that we had run, the information we provide clients, how we treat our clients and their beloved pets whilst at the vets and evidence from the reviews we have on Facebook and on our website.
We submitted the paperwork and thought nothing more of it thinking that, again, there must be many companies who aspire to the level of Customer Service that we provide and that we would have little chance of winning. So imagine how we felt when we were contacted by the Cherwell Business Awards Office to let us know that we had been short-listed! Fantastic News!
The next stage was a visit from the Sponsors and Judges for this Award in the form of Miranda Markham and Julie Sullivan from Bicester Village. They came in to chat to Director Clare Hart about how we run Hart Vets and what our view of excellence in Customer Service really is. Miranda and Julie left, giving nothing away, but saying that we’d find out the results at the Gala Dinner in May.
Our three Directors – Ian Hart, Clare Hart and Tim Chapman – went to the Gala Dinner dressed up to the nines fully expecting this to be a learning experience, but the shock was palpable when they called out our name as the winners! As you can see from the photo Clare, Ian and Tim were over the moon.
Thanks must go to our fabulous staff and clients without whom this award would not be possible. Thanks must also go to Miranda, Julie and Bicester Village who have helped us to believe that we really are exceptional in what we do.
Our vets and nurses provide a 24 hour emergency service from our Bicester Veterinary Hospital.
