Important changes due to COVID-19
Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on the 23rd March, Hart Vets has amended its procedures to ensure we continue to fulfil our ethical obligation to our patients and their owners while complying with the government’s instructions.
Routine healthcare for all patients has been postponed until further notice. This includes vaccinations, health checks and neutering. We continue to provide care for emergencies and sick patients, as well as providing medicines.
If you believe your pet needs veterinary attention please call the surgery. We will be offering a free telephone triage service to help clients decide if it is necessary for their pets to be seen. For those patients that do not need to be physically seen on site we will provide a telephone consultation (normal consultation charge applies). We intend to offer video consultations from Monday 30th March to those owners who have the necessary equipment at home.
We would like to politely ask all clients who need to attend our Bicester and Waddesdon practices to wait in the car park and telephone to let us know when they have arrived. Please do not enter the practice building unless asked to do so. Our team will discuss your pet with you over the telephone before coming out to take your pet from you to examine in the practice.

We would like to thank all our clients for their cooperation and understanding in these very unusual circumstances.
